Carolyn Cooling
Carolyn Cooling is a University of Texas Austin graduate with 30 plus years in client service and market research. Recognized early on in her career for outstanding client service and sales skills, she brings her strong drive and in-depth market knowledge to ensure the best results for her clients. Carolyn is a full-time commercial agent focused on tenant and landlord representation, investment properties, and the acquisition and disposition of multi family and retail properties.
She is currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter.
