Breakthrough 30 is a coaching class for our seasoned professionals who want to take their careers to another level.

Does Walzel charge any fees?
We are a transaction based brokerage. What that means is you keep all of your commissions. Our fees ar $150 per sale and $45 per lease. The only other fee we have is a annual membership fee of $199. We love our agents and think they are worth the investment! There are no franchise, splits, monthly or desk fees.
What training is available for me?
This is where we shine! Agents gravitate to Walzel for this reason. We are known as a high training brokerage and offer this free of charge to our agents. We believe this is why our agents have such a great reputation in the real estate world. Specifically, we have our four-week Power House Training series that focuses on a different skill each week and comes with an in-house designation. Our Hot Topic Tuesday is a weekly class that is designed for newer agents and keeps you up to date on the latest trends, tools, and changes. If you are a seasoned agent and are wanting to level up a bit, try one of our coaching classes. We also have a library of videos and recommended resources that can help you grown your business. Additionally, you will have access to our Walzel Connect Agent Portal where you can connect with our team of seasoned professionals.
What kind of support does Walzel provide? Will I be able to speak with my broker?
Walzel Properties has approximately 22 broker/associates and 15 attorney/associates. We are all connected through our Walzel Connect platform and mentor each other on a daily basis.
In addition, all of our agent’s contact information are saved in Shelly Walzel’s phone. She is always a phone or text call away. Her number is 713-504-4874 if you want to reach her directly.
