Shelly Walzel has been a licensed real estate professional for 20+ years. She is the Broker/Owner of Walzel Properties, LLC. She is very familiar with the real estate market and its many quirks. She has been described as a true entrepreneur, having a strong work ethic and being a genius with numbers. She is most known for her ability to see the potential in a specific situation and how everyone can benefit, but her favorite area is mentoring agents that want to build their own real estate careers.
Shelly is a native Texan and has lived here her entire life. She holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston. She has been married to her husband Spencer Walzel for 35+ years and has 2 adult children. All family members are active in the real estate world in one way or another.

Spencer Walzel is in charge of our property management divison here at Walzel Properties. He handles the day to day operations making sure all the contractors, legal paperwork and bookkeeping is in place for everyone involved. In addition, he makes sure our referring agents stay in the communication loop when it's time to market the properties again. Spencer is known as being very detailed and holds a Property Management Certification.
Spencer has been married to Shelly Walzel for 35+ years. His sense of humor and attention to detail are valued more than words can say. He keeps us all sane here at Walzel Properties.

Chris Walzel is in charge of our Funding Department. He subscribes to the old school thinking "If our agents are happy, the whole company benefits!" Chris

Chris has been instrumental in helping us become the innovative and forward thinking company that we are today. He is known for his strategic thinking and very good at focusing on a particular project or situation. He has held his real estate license for over 7+ years and is a non-competing Realtor. He is the son of Spencer and Shelly Walzel and resides in Austin, Texas.
Brooke Walzel is in charge of our company Training and Development Department. She makes sure our agents are fully trained and comfortable taking their clients from contract to close. Brooke has a Bachlors degree in Studio Art with a minor in Business from Texas State University and is known for her tenacious spirit and excellent communication skills. Brooke has a strong background in the title industry and is great resource for title issues. She is a big proponent of training and feels this is crucial for our agents success. Our agents have come to depend on her for help in finding the perfect training classes, license CE (Continuing Education) classes and in-house designations while growing their business.
Lindsey Koenig is our office manager and also in charge of our Compliance Department. She is the one working behind the scenes processing paperwork for 1100+ agents! She brings her organizational skills as well as her "can do" attitude. Lindsey is particularly skilled at communication and making sure our agents know where to go to get what they need. She literally has her hands on everything that happens here at Walzel Properties.
Kacey is over our Administrative Department and is the first person you will speak with when you call any of our offices in the state of Texas. She is known for her positive attitude, patience, and always willing and happy to help in any way she can. She is involved with all administrative duties keeping everyone in compliance with TREC and their local MLSs.
